Established in 1862, Acetaia Pedroni is one of the oldest artisan balsamic vinegar producers in the world. Six generations later, their Tradizionale Balsamic Vinegar has won best Balsamic Vinegar in Modena. Acclaimed critic Ruth Reichl proclaimed that she had found "the perfect balsamic vinegar" with Pedroni.
Drawn from great-great-grandfather Claudio’s botteria, this extra-old, special vinegar boasts a soft, fruity taste from long aging in chestnut and cherry wood barrels. The cherry wood imbues the vinegar with a sweet acid and velvety, fruit-forward nuance.
