A fresh take on sparkling rose – 35-year-old dry farmed Cinsault grapes, gently pressed in whole bunches and fermented from native yeasts before being bottled (or canned) with a spritz of C02 to yield a crisp, clean, and lightly sparkling rosé aptly named rosé bubbles.

Dusty strawberry. Light bubbles. Fun. Pink. Moreish. Non-consequential. Summer kiss. Cool pool. A gentle river dance on the tongue. Strawberry and lemon, honeysuckle, pebble stone.
