Dry and smokey, with tones of warm spices, chocolate rye and a distinct character of oak barrel. Evokes similar feelings to barrell aged bourbon, without though doesn't immitate any particular existing spirit. It's unlike any other non-alcoholic spirit out there!
Use like any smokey spirit. A great swap for whiskey in cocktails. Brilliant on the rocks, mixed with soda or as a base for no/low cocktails.
