Ariana started her career at Bath & Body Works, and then spent the last decade focusing on strategy and marketing for high-growth start-ups like CityMD, Lou & Great and most recently, dntl bar. She has always been passionate about consumer insights and most importantly, fragrance.

During the middle of the pandemic, Ariana struggled to find scents online. She realized that the industry lacked a personalized and curated approach. She made it her mission to change just that.

In 2021, she tested a few different concepts in the market to gather real customer feedback and insights, all of which went into building the Scent Lab experience you see today; the first digital platfom that uses AI-tech to curate scents perfect for you.
