Worksphere helps companies manage a hybrid workplace where employees work from the office and from home.
Worksphere offers safety tools like vaccine record tracking, contact tracing and health screenings to keep employees safe. Businesses can use the unique data insights about how their offices are being used to right-size their workplaces and maximize employee productivity.
Worksphere's co-founders previously founded Lish, Seattle's largest tech-enabled catering marketplace for offices. At the start of the global COVID-19 pandemic, Lish could no longer keep operating. Rather than shut their doors, the founding team reached out to their clients at some of Seattle's best companies to understand the new needs of a post-pandemic workplace.
Their clients, primarily HR and Facilities managers, reported that they didn’t have the tools needed to deliver on the safe, hybrid, modern office. The Worksphere team built their software platform to meet these needs.
