Founding Story

Founded in 1979, The Sweet Tooth began as a small chocolate shop with an ambitious vision: to create handcrafted chocolate and treats that would become a part of life’s sweetest moments. As Miami blossomed into the Magic City, this North Miami Beach institution became a cherished destination for locals in search of the perfect gift, a taste of nostalgia, or a treat to mark life’s special occasions.

For over four decades, The Sweet Tooth built its reputation on quality, craftsmanship, and the kind of personal touch that turned first-time visitors into lifelong customers. When Michael Briansky took the helm in June 2024, he wasn’t just stepping into a business—he was inheriting a legacy of memories, traditions, and trust. With a deep appreciation for the shop’s rich history, Michael has infused fresh energy and modern touches while preserving the essence of what made The Sweet Tooth beloved for generations.
