Rockville, MD. —SNACKLINS®, the Washington, D.C.-based snack company, announced it will be making Cinnamon Churro—released as a limited time offer earlier this year—a permanent flavor in its lineup. Cinnamon Churro will be the first sweet flavor among the current offering of savory flavors: Barbeque, Chesapeake Bay, Nacho, and Teriyaki.

Cinnamon Churro was launched in June as a limited edition flavor. It was SNACKLINS® first limited edition launch and was wildly successful, selling out in ten days. Since then, the SNACKLINS® team has received hundreds of inquiries from customers asking when the flavor will return. In a recent survey of its customers, SNACKLINS® found that nearly 80% of Cinnamon Churro buyers requested it become a permanent flavor while over 60% said “Cinnamon Churro is my new favorite flavor.”

Following extensive product development, SNACKLINS® crafted a low-calorie, zero-sugar Cinnamon Churro flavor while staying true to its simple ingredient ethos. Like SNACKLINS® existing offerings, Cinnamon Churro will be available in 0.9 ounce single-serve bags, coming in at only 90 calories for the entire bag, as well as 3 ounce multi-serve bags at only 100 calories per serving. The packaging will mirror the existing flavor lineup: a pure matte white bag with a bright pink mouth, marking the sweet flavor as a permanent member of the SNACKLINS® family.

“Adding new products to our permanent assortment is not a decision we make lightly but the overwhelmingly positive feedback we received from our customer base made this one a no-brainer,” said CEO Kevin Blesy. “Cinnamon Churro is here to stay and we’re excited to have it complement our core savory offerings.”

Cinnamon Churro will be available exclusively on beginning September 22, 2021.

SNACKLINS® started as a joke between friends to create a vegan pork rind. But what began as a joke has turned into an intentionally delicious (and accidentally healthy) low-calorie crisp made from real, fresh ingredients: yuca, mushrooms, and onions. While traditional chips and so-called “healthy” snacks are high in calories, SNACKLINS® are under 100 calories a serving; the company encourages fans to “Eat The Whole Bag®!” SNACKLINS® previously received an investment on Shark Tank from Mark Cuban and was rated among the top food trends of 2019 by Whole Foods. It is currently available for purchase on, Amazon, and retailers including Whole Foods (Northeast and Mid-Atlantic), Stop & Shop, GIANT, Erewhon, Gelson’s, MOM’s Organic, and more. Find out more at
