Founding Story

Perenn founders, Aubrey and Tyler O’Laskey began their culinary journey at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. They brought their passion to Reno, Nevada where they operate two Perenn Bakery locations and Claio, a rotisserie, cocktail, and wine restaurant. As parents of four young children, they understand the importance of community and sustainability. This ethos is reflected in their commitment to using ingredients from local farms, minimizing waste, and creating welcoming spaces that cater to families.
