Leaves of Leisure tea is the only luxury tea and botanicals brand that sells ONLY herbal and low caffeine teas. The founder created Leaves of Leisure because of her own journey that led her to not drink caffeine and the growing awareness and trend among wellness aficionados to choose to consume less caffeine. Most of the herbal tea available on the market is geared towards sickness and ailments but Leaves of Leisure aims to bring peace, pleasure and energy to ordinary days without caffeine, through standout flavors, nostalgic memories and beautiful thoughtful packaging. They are rethinking and rewriting the rules when it comes to what drinking herbal tea really looks like for today.

Founding Story

Ten years ago, Allie went to her yearly doctor appointment and complained of depression and rolling highs and lows. Her doctor said the symptoms were because of the amount of caffeine she was consuming (3-5 cups a day). To be fair at the time, she was working a full time job in PR from 9-6pm and waitressing at a nightclub from 10pm-4am, so caffeine had become as important as water.

Quitting coffee immediately, she went through horrible withdrawals and then started to search for a healthier way to feel uplifted when she was tired or needed a break. Herbal tea became a go to, but finding great tasting, fun herbal or non caffeinated teas was like finding a needle in a haystack and so she started blending her own teas, which eventually led to the creation of Leaves of Leisure.

She has tried every wellness gimmick and trend and holds to the belief that the best medicine is a hike outside, a warm bath, a good book and a hot cup of herbal tea. The launch collection is a series of 6 teas based on favorite leisure activities and each one is full of detoxifying, mood boosting and overall wellness ingredients. Each tea is made to inspire you from the first glance to the last sip.
