Founded in 2000, Lasio was built on a passion for innovation and an exceptional entrepreneurial spirit. From the creation of her very first Keratin Treatment, Nadine Ramos, Lasio’s founder and CEO, has continued to create innovative products built on her philosophy of “hair health above all else.”
Lasio is a pioneer that takes a different approach. They are dedicated to performance technology. All products are made in the US (at LASIO'S BEAUTY FACTORY in Pennsylvania). They promise real results that improve the strength and health of all hair, inclusive of all types and textures. They are entrepreneurs, artists, innovators and rule breakers.
The Lasio love story started as a tragedy. Back in 2000, Nadine Ramos unexpectedly lost her mother. With such a giant piece of her life missing, she had to decide what to do next. Nadine received what she still believes to be a sign from God when she began to hear about a brand new hair treatment. It was an exciting underground movement with no name and absolutely magical results. With nothing but a dream and an undying passion for hair, she was able to raise enough money to go on a quest to Brazil to find out more about the treatment.
Nadine Ramos came back home with a new formula and a newfound sense of wonder. With the help of a chemist, she was able to put her own spin on the formula and create what is now the Lasio keratin treatments. It took years of trial and error as well as perseverance, but it has paid off in ways she never thought imaginable. Each bottle of Lasio keratin contains the same passion, drive, and love that she's had for this business for the past 21 years. Nadine's purpose as CEO is to create high quality products for all hair types and backgrounds. Nadine hopes to inspire others to have the confidence they need to thrive and prosper on their journey, just as she has on her own journey!
“The Power of H20”
Lasio loves to give back and have partnered with an organization called Abounding Grace Ministries. They help bring clean water to villages in India by building wells. They have been part of the organization for over 5 years now and have donated $50k towards wells to date, built 12 wells and supplied clean and safe water to over 1,000 families.
This year Lasio also partnered with an organization called Hands to serve. They help bring clean water to villages in Africa by building wells and filtration systems. Lasio is committed to donating $15k in 2022.

Entrepreneur, hair stylist, beauty guru, and self-proclaimed fashionista. Nadine Ramos founded Lasio Inc. with the determination to be her own boss and build a lasting hair care empire. At just twenty years old with no experience and no financial support, failure was not an option. She used that drive to create a keratin hair care treatment that would change lives all over the world.
As a hair stylist first, I am very intentional when I create formulas. They must uphold the integrity of the hair while effectively working and meeting our customers overall hair expectations,” says Ramos.
