Journey 180 Planner creates undated lifestyle planners and self-care journals designed to help teens and adults reflect on their past, appreciate the present, and get excited for their future. Its name comes from its desire to motivate its users to transform 180 degrees in 180 days.

In addition, Journey 180 Planner sells accessories that support positive mindset building and self care.

Journey 180 Planner also cares passionately about increasing access for higher education and includes a free college admissions planning course with each academic planner purchase.

Founding Story

Journey 180 Planner was created by Anna Ren, an educational consultant, when she witnessed a third of her students develop mental health challenges due to the pandemic and the ever increasing demands on high school life. Having personally also faced anxiety and stress as a teen, Anna became determined to create a tool that not only helps students regain control of their chaotic teen life, but also help them better ground themselves in what truly matters to them.

Growing up as both a first-generation American and the first person to attend college in her family, Anna cares deeply about student success and personal growth, which is why she also includes a free college admissions planning course.

Journey 180 Planner is the result of over a decade of building genuine relationships with the hundreds of teens Anna has worked with and purposely includes elements such as: self-love, self-care, gratitude, passion exploration, and personal growth.

Anna Ren

Founder of Journey 180 Planner and Elite Advantage Prep

Anna Ren is the Founder of Elite Advantage Prep, an educational consulting company, and the Creator of the Journey 180 Planner. She is also the Co-Host of the College Admissions Podcast with Mark and Anna. Anna graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, she worked in fashion merchandising and marketing. She has been featured as a college admissions expert on HuffPost, Road2College, US News & World Report, and Student Loan Hero.

Aside from her passion for mentoring teens, Anna also enjoys creative writing and spending time with her two young kids and husband in New Jersey.
