Founding Story

Forme began with a deeply personal experience that revealed a much larger, overlooked problem. The company’s founder, an orthopedic surgeon, was caring for a loved one battling late stage cancer who struggled with poor posture and restricted breathing as physical strength declined. Traditional medical devices were uncomfortable, impractical, and not designed for daily wear, while standard apparel offered no functional support. That gap sparked a simple but powerful realization: posture and alignment could be addressed through intelligently engineered clothing that people would actually wear.

What started as an effort to help one person breathe, move, and feel better evolved into a broader mission to support long term musculoskeletal health.
