Dear Chantal Retailer Partners,

For over 50 years Chantal has been my 4th child, actually my best behaved child, but at this stage of my life I have made the difficult decision to step back from running my company. As of January 24, 2023 Chantal has been sold to a new entity – JAM Enterprises – owned by Lori Carriello.

Lori is new to the housewares industry, but has many years of experience in distribution and various consumer products. Most recently Lori oversaw the US Builder and Retail Division of Miele, the German appliance company. Lori has an exciting vision for Chantal and will transition things smoothly over the next few months. She plans to improve efficiencies, open new markets and create some exciting new products.

I realize – I want to thank every one of you for your loyalty, hard work and great advice over the years. You helped me, and without you, I would have not been able to succeed for 51 years and overcome the many Ups and Downs. I appreciate you!
