Bill graduated with a BSCE from The United States Military Academy at West Point in 1993 and an MBA from Regis University in 2002. He is recognized for his passionate and results-oriented leadership style to consistently deliver improved operations which yields significant growth in EBITDA and cash flow. He focuses on results and his companies focus on solving complex issues while maximizing the clients' cash flow & EBITDA performance. Bill has direct experience leading Operations, Finance, OpEx, Launch, MFG-ENG, Manufacturing, Retail Optimization, MP&L, Supplier Development, and others. He also served as Senior Director of Operations for KRISS Arms, and Global Director of Manufacturing, Manufacturing-Engineering, Operational Excellence and Launch Management programs for the climate product group at Visteon. In addition to being a top notch professional, he also enjoys lifting, jogging, fishing, hunting, football and hard work. He stated that he has been married to the most wonderful woman on the planet for 20 years and has been blessed with five wonderful children. Bill also served on active and reserve duty in the US Army for a period of 14-years assuming two company commands, the second during the 9/11 attacks where my HHC MP Company was deployed for homeland security and to transport EPW's from Afghanistan back to our EPW holding facility in North America. He is a devout Christian, hence the name "Cornerstone Consulting" and interacts and serves in his church when time allows. Currence is a former Army Football Player and former starter at Tight End. The experience at West Point and playing football taught me about perseverance, discipline, teamwork, and self-sacrifice.. And yes, we did Beat Navy!
