NEW YORK CITY, March 1, 2023 - The New York and Tokyo-based Japanese snack subscription and e-grocer, Bokksu, today announced a new partnership with the iconic Japanese brand Sanrio, the creator of Hello Kitty. The two companies will be teaming up to release bimonthly limited edition collector’s snack boxes, each of which will be themed around a different group of Hello Kitty and Friends characters.

The first box in the Hello Kitty and Friends Bokksu Snack Boxes Collection is themed Sakura Smiles, and it includes a mix of Japanese snacks that have never been available for purchase before outside of Japan, exclusive limited Hello Kitty merchandise, and a printed snack guide / activity book that contains an original Hello Kitty story, family-friendly games, and a detailed overview of the snacks’ makers and ingredients.

The Hello Kitty and Friends Bokksu Sakura Smiles Snack Box will be available for pre-order at bokksu.com starting on Friday, March 3, and will begin shipping by Friday, March 31. Prices start at $59.99.
