A Word From Verywell

Social media is a great place to find inspiration and motivation—there's something for everyone. In that same sense, it's important to do your own due diligence about the accounts you follow. Are they credible sources who share positivity and sound advice. Or do you find yourself questioning your own beliefs or your mental health is suffering? Unfollow those who don't contribute positively to your well-being. And remember to discuss with a doctor, coach, or healthcare professional before starting any new fitness routine to help determine the appropriate program for you and your lifestyle.
