Major retailers like Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Walmart have marked down coffee makers, espresso machines, single-serve coffee machines, pour-over sets carrying over a lot of their Black Friday deals into today. And discounts are still available directly from brand websites too like Braun, Cuisinart, De’Longhi, Instant Pot, KitchenAid, Ninja, Oxo, and Nespresso.
Which kind of coffee maker should you buy?
There’s a perfect coffee maker for every kind of coffee drinker and we’ve got a whole guide covering each of the best ways to brew coffee. But here’s the short version (or if you’re used to Starbucks, I guess it’s the “tall” version):
If you—or anyone else in your house—drink multiple cups per day, or if you’re hosting a lot of brunches, a programmable coffee maker of the drip variety is great for volume. If you’re looking for a more personal connection to each cup (we’re talking to the self-professed coffee snobs out there), a pour-over system offers both quality brewing and control over the process. If your dream scenario is to have a live-in barista at your beck and call, consider a Nespresso pod machine or automatic espresso machine. And if you only drink coffee occasionally, a French press makes a great low-commitment option.
Below are the best Cyber Monday deals we found on coffee makers as well as accessories like burr grinders, bean canisters, and more.
Drip coffee maker deals
With wide-ranging price points and features, some drip coffee machines are better than others (check out our guide to drip coffee for more on why). But if volume is the name of your coffee game, then classic countertop staples like these can’t be beat, and our top pick from Café is up to 42% off.
Espresso machine deals
The easiest way to be your own barista might be automatic espresso machines, especially when they come with an integrated milk frother for lattes and cappuccinos. Check out our comprehensive review of these machines to help you decide which of the below deals is your best bet.
Nespresso, K-Cup, and single serve coffee maker deals
Despite their popularity, we don’t recommend any k-cup coffee machines from Keurig and the like, but when it comes to the convenience of pods (and recyclability of said pods), Nespresso machines are your best bet. And through the end of November, Nespresso is offering a 30% discount via its website on select Vertuo, Lattissima, and Creatista machines.
And Bruvi is offering a whopping $150 off its Bruvi Bundle, which includes a BV-01 Coffee Brewer, 20 pods, a water filter kit, and reusable bag. You’ll just need to enter the code FRIYAY150 at checkout.
If you’re just making coffee for yourself, but want to (relative) no-fuss operation of a drip machine without the waste of coffee pods, consider a single-serve coffee maker that takes grounds (or in the case of Cuisinart’s model below, whole beans) for one-cup-at-a-time functionality. And in the case of Ninja’s DualBrew, you can opt to make a larger pot when you want to, though the included milk frother really pins this model down as, first and foremost, a single-serving system.
Manual coffee maker deals
If you’re a vigilant luddite or just like to keep things quiet and simple in the mornings, then a french press or pour-over coffee maker might be just the low-fi item you’re looking for. Oxo’s simple pour-over cone is on sale for under $15, as is its 8-cup French press. Fellow’s Stagg XF is one of the sleekest-looking, double-walled carafe pour-over sets we’ve seen and tested, and it’s part of the brand’s sitewide 20% off sale. And AeroPress is offering up to 25% off its four coffee makers including the Original, Clear, Go, and XL models, along with discounts on bundled accessories. Plus if iced is your go-to temp choice, check out cold brew makers from Oxo and Coffee Gator.
Coffee accessory deals
Fellow, one of our favorite brands for grinders, bean storage, and other accessories is having a sitewide sale of 20% off. Check out the Atmos Canister we liked for keeping beans fresh, and the Fellow Opus grinder we featured in our comprehensive guide to the best coffee grinders. Speaking of grinders, Oxo’s conical burr grinder (which also topped our list) is $20 off at Bed, Bath & Beyond. Milk frothers and gooseneck kettles are also on sale, and you can keep your cup hot with discounted temperature controlled mugs from Ember.
